Voted no container to be purchased at this stage
All items will be stored at 1514 Old Cleveland Road Belmont from 8th Feb 2015 onwards

• In the meantime please stocktake what you have so we know what is needed to be purchased for the Feb picnic

Website stats for last 30 & 90 days respectively are as follows:

• One of our Constitutional objectives is to promote and educate about Macedonian Hellenic history, culture, news and affairs therefore a BLOG has been started - www.panmacedonianqld.org.au/blog
• All postings will be also posted onto our Facebook page too
• The Macedonia Name Issue – please familiarise with the posting on our website - www.panmacedonianqld.org.au/the-macedonia-name-issue.html
• Facebook traffic is to be boosted which will be used in conjunction with website stats to secure sponsorship
• Sponsorship target per annum is $10,000 

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Additional notes I had are:
- Dance Date for 2016 and 2017 has been secured for the Oct date.
- Savva and George also investigating options for next year's dance entertainment
- Voted on whether we wanted to do a stall at the Gold Coast Greek Festival - All voted NO.
- Theo suggested we should think about a newsletter (births, marriages, deaths, articles); further discussion to be had down the track
