I received the attached communication in the mail today and contacted Kim to rectify the mis-understanding. It wasn’t her fault, but unfortunately she copped it a bit (in a nice way). For someone who works at the multicultural department at a state level, she really didn’t understand what I was talking about.
I will send her a letter with the correct information and some links to the information on our website for her reference.
I will CC you all on the correspondence as well.
